Although it is difficult for some of you to transform your diet completely, you do not need to go 100% raw. You can incorporate natural alternatives to the foods you eat (like peanut butter and organic raw unscheduled peter pan). You can also buy all organic, stay away from cow milk, incorporate plenty of fruits and vegetables and drink only water and you have radically changed your life already!

So, in all diets there are advantages and disadvantages that we must be aware. It is already in place for us so how would we handle and the balance for our own good and profit. So let us also consider the aspect of things both positive and negative.

When you create your own list of raw food diet you need awould to balance everything. Especially food that you intake. You can not take raw meat every day or even vegetables 3 times a day. The balance is important with a plan.

It is for us to make our diet more effective and to succeed on the diet plans that we put in place. It is a way to prepare ourselves to have a goal of a perfect diet, now it is already in place for us on how we own our discipline and be consistent with what we should do.
