Nutrient components of immunity

I will provide knowledge on the essential nutrients needed for optimal health and longevity, many of which are ignored by Traditional nutritionists.
Taber’s Cyclopedic Medical Dictionary, 17th Edition defines nutrition as “all processes involved in the management and utilization of food substances by which growth, repair and maintenance activities of the body as a whole nor any of its parts are completed. Includes ingestion, digestion, absorption and metabolism (assimilation) … “As you gather May, consumption of nutrients does not guarantee that the nutrients will be absorbed by the body.
Many people on this planet are aware that proper nutrition is essential for good health and inadequate nutrition is associated with poor health and disease. However, companies that control most of the food sold in markets are Getting Away with providing quality products very poor. Corporations and packaging foods commonly market based on their life and taste rather than nutritional value. Changes seeds are selected for ease of growing, harvesting, transporting and processing rather than nutrition. The addition of chemicals achieving greater life is banal and overrefining grain is omnipresent. These practices contribute to poor nutrition, which led, student, illness.
Have you ever had someone tell you they have a chemical imbalance? Consider the idea that they suffer from a deficiency in essential nutrients do you think a drug can provide nutrients missing?
Scientific research has shown many essential nutrients are destroyed during cooking, food if the food is always cooked together? This chapter explains why fresh, raw and unprocessed foods are all custodians of the largest health available to the body human.

Phytonutrients Phytonutrients are nutrients derived from plant sources. This subject could fill several books in bulk, but I’ll be brief. We should not Assuming that all the nutrients in foods are well known or understood. New nutrients are being discovered all the time. So when we handle or cook food that come in a perfect form of nature, what else is destroyed, most of what is known?
Dr. L. Newman, author of Make Your Juicer Your Drug Store, writes: “One of the major discoveries in nutrition research has been that nature never gives us remote minerals and vitamins. She always gives us in the combinations. Man [sic] probably did not include a millionth of what remains unknown in the field. We do know that when we just [get] These vital elements of the chemist, master, we obtain, besides the known vitamins, vitamins that have not yet been discovered. “
Here are the words on the first page of Prescription for Nutritional Healing, Third Edition , who claims to be America’s # 1 Guide to Natural Health, and is probably the most popular and widely used book of its kind in the United States. “One problem most of us is that we do not have all the nutrients we need from our diet, because most of the foods we eat are cooked or processed. Cooking at high temperature and treatment destroys the vital nutrients the body needs to function properly. The organic raw foods that provide these elements are largely lacking in the diet today. “(Balch and Balch pg. 2)
Many important nutrients available in plant foods (many of which we have not yet identified) and these nutrients can be destroyed in processing and cooking are two of many reasons I believe that optimal health requires the consumption of a variety of plant foods, unprocessed and uncooked.

According to the proteins’ Max Planck Institute for Nutritional Research in Germany, proteins, once fired, is only 50 percent bioavailable. In other words, about half the amino acids (components of proteins) are unusable by the body because they are destroyed by cooking.
The World Health recommends that 5 percent of its daily calories from protein. This level is easily accessible on a plant-based diet. For example, 9 per cent of calories in an orange is derived from protein, 17 percent of the zucchini, strawberry 8, broccoli 42, cauliflower 31 and maize 13. The fact is that foods of plant origin commonly consumed contain 6 to 45 per cent of their calories as protein. This research comes from John McDougall, MD. He said: “The proteins are so abundant in foods of plant origin it is impossible for any nutritionist or a scientist to design a system that consists of unprocessed plant foods (starch and vegetables) and at the same time be low in protein. We could not survive as a species if it was not true. “
In the book, Disease-Proof Your Child, Joel Fuhrman, MD states,” The protein is ubiquitous and is contained in all foods, not only products animals. protein deficiency in not a concern for anyone in the developed world. It is almost impossible to consume too little protein, no matter what you eat … “
All proteins are formed by amino acids together in specific sequences. Eight are considered essential for adults and 10 essential for infants. The belief that you must eat all the essential amino acids at each meal (also called theory of complete protein) to maintain health is a myth. The Doctrine Wendt, describing thirty years of research, debunks the myth of complete protein. This proves that we can store these proteins in our cells and turn them into amino acids that move freely throughout the body to areas that could be impaired. Therefore, the combination of beans and rice for the supply of protein complexes is not necessary. The Doctrine Wendt also shows the adverse effects of excess protein concentrate, which clogs the system and depletes cells of oxygen and nutrition and creates an acidic environment, a condition that eventually leads to degenerative diseases.
The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) states that “… the average American takes in twice the amount of protein he or she needs. Excess protein has been associated with osteoporosis, kidney disease, calcium stones in the urinary tract and certain cancers. “
In February 2004 Issue of Readers Digest in an article titled Kicking Kidney Stones, the author states:” The easiest fix is to avoid diets high in protein. “Then the author explains how kidney stones are formed. “The protein in meat and other animal products is broken down into acids. It’s your job kidney balance of acids and bases for the disposal of the body. The most convenient is the basis of calcium in bones. The proteins are broken down and stored in bones, where it binds with calcium. Then the kidneys filter these particles from your blood. And the more meat you eat, the more calcium you get in your kidneys. Over time, these particles bind together, forming stones. “
According to Leslie Kenton and Susannah in their book, Raw Energy, broil steak to 239 degrees Fahrenheit destroys completely the
amino acid lysine and cystine. Many researchers believe that reason more people do not get very sick with high protein consumption is due to the fact that about 50 per cent of the protein is destroyed by cooking.
Because a diet rich in a variety of ‘Plant foods can provide all the protein you need, I see no need to worry about getting enough protein, but poor digestion and absorption is a problem. In such cases, thorough chewing, supplements digestive enzymes and intestinal cleaning can help.
