Thanks, I added cayenne to my smoothie this morning. Wasn’t sure what to expect taste-wise but I loved it!
Just REALLY pump up the leafy greens…and try to get as much cayenne as you can take. Lemon will also do wonders. I dont know if you will get too alkaline, but you will definitely cleanse out. More greens, the better. At least for now.
If you get hungry at night, eat lots of grapefruit.
