im 158 and wanna go down to 130 or 135
going on a raw food detox like diet just vegtables, fruit, quinoa, buckwheat,extra virgin olive oil, unsalted nuts, herbs and spices and heral/green teas , what can i do to stop from getting excess skin? yoga or weights and what weights should i go?
