That will make you feel really good and high until the fat starts disappearing from your body.
The side effect of ketosis is COMPLETE lose of appetite.
The longer it goes on the more you will feel less hungry.

But your stomach is telling you IT is still hungry.

You would not feel very well at all by now.

Please go an eat something like pasta or toast/bread. Something with carbs in it. It&#039;s the bodies perfered fuel so will stop the ketosis and eating it&#039;s own fat and use the carbs for energy.
