I’m with you! I have yet to use the nut milk bag but the dehydrator has been awesome. I got the book from the library The Complete Book of Raw Foods and Arlene Love has a recipe in there for sesame crunch bars… so good!!! Yes, the internet is the greatest thing in the world! I watch it all day long and fill my mind with everything about raw food :) Good for you for starting so young!

Being vegan lets you feel good about yourself and being raw releases all those food addictions.
Everyone just needs to take the first step(including me). :-)

Anyway, I enjoyed your thought for the day and the teacher idea sounds great.

I think you can make it work, especially if you want it to work! First, get yourself a book and get acquainted with the lifestyle through knowledge. Next, find farmers markets in your area they are generally cheaper and fresher. third, keep in touch with other raw foodies… I am hear to help!

    You’re dying to …
You’re dying to cook something? ! ? How did that slip out? Ironically, I’ve always been a big cook. But, the thing I love about raw is it’s utter simplicity! Eating is such a no brainer now. Green smoothies, (we call them Greenies) are glorious. I can’t wait for the really hot weather when they’ll feel like a naughty treat. Like a slurpee or icecream, but with Kale. Didn’t you promise another smoothie vid. I think you did…

ah! i really wanna do this raw food challenge from watching your videos but i wonder if it costs too much money and time to start it? I’m also a busy college student so i don’t know if this raw food thing can work out. DO you think it’s possible? Plus i was looking at some of the raw food recipe books at the book store today and some of the stuff i would never eat…
