Hey I am a college student and would love to start the raw food detox diet, but as you can assume I am not that rich. I was wondering if there was a way I didnt have to pay for a book, but if not which one to buy? Also whats the cheapest way to buy these foods?
I have two books about that, and they are really useful. I personally haven’t started the diet yet, but that’s because I’d like to plant most of the food myself. I think that’s one of the ways of keeping it cheap.
look info up in the net, but watch out to see if the sites are reliable. even best: ask people who know about it! I don’t know if it’s very common in the US, but there are always a lot of people who eat raw food around, just look and you’ll find
avoid veggie restaurants unless you’re rich, they’re usually expensive xD
