    My husband, …
My husband, unfortunately, is fairly anti-veggie. Meat and potatoes are his staples. I have no clue how his cholestorol can be better than mine! lol

    The skin problems …
The skin problems is just detox, you release toxins through the skin– it irritates it and you get break outs. Give it some time, and it will balance out. Break outs in the beginning are completely normal. Try not to mix fat with fruit (ie. nut/seeds w/ fruit).

    Do what your heart …
Do what your heart desires!! Personally, I think the best is to do things in balance, sometimes one extreme pushes you to the other extreme. Nothing wrong with adding more and more raw foods and finding recipes that your entire family enjoys :)

Yes its terrible. Look into getting food from local farmers– super fresh and cheaper as well

    You might actually …
You might actually need the extra fat. I’ve been adding extra hemp seeds and other seeds in my diet lately and it has been helping A LOT. The fats are important for our neurological system. I too can’t fall asleep if I’m too hungry, or stay asleep long if I’m hungry– more hungry, less sleep. Its a sign to eat a little extra for dinner, or have a heavier lunch.

Yes, go at the pace …
Yes, go at the pace that is most comfortable for you. It is normal to have emotional ups and downs, but no need to torture yourself!! Best always to listen to your body! :)

After 18 days on Raw food, I am going back to meat, I lost weight and will stay with the “greens” but it made my skin worst.
I think because of too many fruits.
I am starting now a yeast free diet .

    sometimes i can …
sometimes i can sleep and wake up after 6 hours and not be tired, which is totally fine. other times i can’t fall asleep and i lay in the bed frustrated and usually just get up and do something so i dont feel like im wasting time laying there doing nothing. the lighter i eat, the worse it gets, and thats when i unfortunately gravitate towards the nuts to try to knock myself out.

    I want to go 100% …
I want to go 100% but my husband and daughter insist on cooked so it’s very hard to watch them enjoy the yummy cooked things I once enjoyed. Usually I end up falling back into into it. It’s a cycle I cant seem to break. i wanted to do a master cleanse and at the end when I introduce foods back, I would eat raw. What do you think?

    you know what …
    you know what really stinks?
Well I mean not this vid! I’ve been following for maybe a week and I’m slowly incorporating more raw into my diet, but it’s hard to get organic in california where I am…it’s so expensive!

I found out yesterday that apparently all food before sometime in like the 1940′s was completely organic. THEN, they introduced insecticides and preservatives. Weird isn’t it?
