    ok…i am going to give dude the benefit of the doubt because he says he has only been working out for 6 weeks or so.. but.If that honestly is what you look like as a raw foodist their is no way in id ever try it.I hate being skinny and the so called energy gains from eating only raw food seem to be more a compensation for the strength lost from decreased muscle mass. id like to see how he would look after a few years of training o a raw diet.

    There is a great oil you can get called Udo’s oil or Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend made up of flax, sesame & sunflower seed oils as well as oils from evening primrose, rice germ, oat germ and coconut. You should be able to google it easily :D

    you can tell he knows his stuff by the indents left and right of his naval…good transverses…they re great sign of overall fitness in my opinion, well done man. def inspired me to work out and hit the greens…I am moving up to 75% greens now, call it The APE diet.

    Yep, even David Wolfe eats or has eaten live ants or ant extracts before. Its a great chinese tonic! Truth Calkins also recommends this and Deer Antler Extract.

    u can get omega 3 from flaxseeds, linseeds, walnuts, etc..

    What do you do for brain developement, especially in young children?
    A chiroprator was telling me you need the omegas from fish oils in order to have a good healthy brain developement.
    How do you get that on a raw diet??
