    Healthiest salad …
    Healthiest salad dressing– lemon and avocado. Stay away from the bottled store bought stuff– its no good, full of chemicals, preservatives sugars etc..
    Even Lemon or Apple Cider Vinegar with Olive Oil is good as well. Some fresh garlic too!!

    Peanuts have Aflatoxin– its a toxin found in mold that grows on peanuts & corn– very bad for you, thats why no one eats peanuts or talks about it.
    I use to love peanuts, I ate them single day :( I ate peanut butter on everything as well.
    Congratulations on the quit smoking, coffee & raw foods– you are a super star!!!! Right on!!! You know I quit smoking as well— best thing I’ve ever done for myself!!!

    Do raw foodies eat PEANUT butter – I never ever hear em mention it, and matt Monarch doesn’t carry it and if not, why not?

    Btw I did a few days ainly raw, quit smoking and drinking coffee since the Acne contest closed – and my face is looking better than it has in months! I’m excited – thanks! x

    yea I’m not even tempted anymore because I know how I would feel after I ate something cooked, lol I think I’m getting to the point where if I eat something not raw, I will literally get sick

    I will get to the protein & grains in upcoming videos.. stay tuned… and stay on the raw!!! :) a tip– instead of rice, put cauliflower with some olive oil and celtic sea salt in the food processor– it will taste like rice– add a tiny bit of tumeric & cumin and you’ve got indian rice!

    Excellent video! I can say the only challenge I have had in this lifestyle is all of the cooked food smells in the kitchen because I am staying with family who are meat and dairy eaters, lol
