As a result of reading Natalia Rose’s previous book “The Raw Food Detox Diet”, I changed my diet, and felt better, healthier, more hydrated, more beautiful and more in control than he ever had. Suffice it to say, when Natalia Rose came out with his new book “Force Raw Food Life Energy” book, I had to do it!
The “Life Force unprocessed Energy Food “The book is equally impressive first book of Rose, if not more. Rose’s new book is a practical guide and illuminating to be healthy (easily reach your ideal weight) and the pursuit of boundless energy! Although it sounds too good to be true, Natalia Rosa makes it possible your program and its founding principles very clear and easy to follow. She makes it fun diet, and feel the change easy.
Rose’s book is hard to put down because it gets you so excited with all the daily changes that you can easily do to improve way you think, feel and see. In this book, Natalia Rose enterprises beyond diet and explains how fundamental the flow of Life Force Energy is to make you feel energized and alive.
Natalia Rose is to change their perspective on how they perceive their body, and the food you put into it. But she does not stop there, also takes you by the hand through its program convenient 21-day diet with a very positive tone, deep and relaxing, which is inclined to follow each of your suggestions.
This book is also an excellent resource for people who have read the “Raw Food Detox Diet” book. Rose includes delicious recipes and a comprehensive and useful section “FAQ”, which answers questions about his background which requires diet program.
Occasionally, a book leaves its mark on me. I am indebted to Natalia Rose for inspiring me to eat better, and then showed me how! highly recommend this book to people who want to improve your energy and your diet. I gave “The Raw Food Detox Diet” 5 stars and recommended that anyone who wants to enter a lifestyle of raw food should start with Natalia Rose’s book first. Now his second book is even better and I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
What I love and respect about Natalia Rose is that she tries hard to explain Why you should not radically change their diet too fast! I have read more than a dozen other raw food books and they all fail to mention this. If you detox too fast, can get very sick. How could so many books exclude this important fact? Changing your diet can have very serious consequences and should not be taken lightly, but can have excellent results when done correctly. This program has worked better for me than anyone else. I have been a food oil for about 2 years – these days, I hope Natalia advice more than anyone, though still not 100% agree with all suggestions. But she says in the book, you must customize this program to fit!
This book (the new one has one), much of the same information as the first but has improved with the explanation of the vibrations in food, new tips, new recipes, and a Q & A section that I like. I had some questions after reading the first book to be answered in this reality!
One of the other reviewers described it as a first “raw food” – well yes, that is the point. It is a smooth entry into a completely different lifestyle, and we must be careful. Please see my comment in that review. If you’re a hardcore raw foodist, you might skip this book. Personally, I considered a raw foodist experience, but did not feel well! Natalia’s book helped tremendously and now follow his program almost exclusively.
Please do not get the impression from other reviews that her book is pushing vegetarianism, it is not. She explains how flesh and animal products fit into the spectrum of food vibrations, but does not tell you to stop eating them, only how to plan your diet to those who work, rather than against, food that are more “alive.” In any case, eat more fish and less red meat, but this is something really new? She certainly not telling you to stop eating meat.
This book exceeded my expectations, it is even better than his first. And I do not see how anyone could possibly regret buying it. If you want to learn about nutrition and the transition gradually, this is just the book for you.

In 260 pages, re-Rose educate your raw food fans in the sensitivities of combining foods to facilitate the removal — reiterating its main focus on “Detox” that eating fast food outlet body’s natural slimming, while “waste” that remains inside the body too long time is equal to weight gain. Rose is based on the idea, explaining quantum physics approach to quasi-which, like everything that exists has a vibration, it would make sense to eat foods that help to vibrate at the high rate at which they are designed to function optimally. Desserts vary depending on the combination consumed at dinner, dessert ie meat meal would consist of black chocolate or cheese. This book is a bit more complicated than the first book by Natalia Rose “Raw Food Detox Diet.” This book includes the frequency ranges of different foods and that’s too complicated for me. Apart from that all information is the same as in his first book. I think it is necessary to have both books N. Rose and if you choose one of them, then I would not recommend the first!

Natalia is beautiful and so are her books and recipes. I really want to believe that eating the way she recommended, I can lose weight. However, no matter how much I tried, I could not drop an ounce, while eating the candy that she supports so hard. After months of struggle to drop weight, eventually removing all grains, sugars and fruits and that more research on raw foods with David Wolfe and Gabriel Cousens.
I would say that some Natalia council is helpful, but if you are sensitive to sugars, the only approach you are frustrated.
