This is the best and only reference book of recipes I have found to date. Mars provides a detailed breakdown food food and nutrients to suggest what conditions this food may help to heal. Her recipes are practical, relatively easy to assemble and attractive. The strong point in its favor for me, eating only raw material in my household, is that many of her recipes are just 2 servings, making Rawsome! an excellent choice for singles or couples who prefer not to have to downsize revenue.

March also summarizes five studies support classical and foodism first to recommend three titles for those who wish to study further scientific support. I suggest you Gabriel Cousens’ Conscious Eating for those who wish to support more scientific with recipes.

On the most annoying to me for a number of revenue more attractive Mars the incredible amount of time to soak, drain, soak, drain, and dehydrated ingredients before starting to assemble the dish. And then my little drier Bitty often takes well over 24 hours to do its job . Too complicated for me! Preptime (To be fair, however, time is fairly common for some recipes included in books of gross receipts.)

However, there are many recipes used in Rawsome! Therefore, it is always the best means of raw cookbook I found at least equivalent to the “Big Red Betty Crocker” cookbook binder.

I’m not entirely sure how I stummbled in raw foods but I am so thankful I did.

Book Brigitte was one of the first that I collected and a really great start for beginners. I was immediately converted by reading his book. Even if I was a vegan for some time. . I did not feel quite healthy. Brigitte book really opened my eyes to the elimination of all that processed foods (and indeed all those cooked vegetables that I thought so good to me) And you start to eat really natural.

If you think you already eat healthy now. . Read this book and you’ll be blown away! Not only the introduction to raw foods, it provides stunning and empowerment, but her recipes are wonderful (and easy) for beginners. I’m not a dehydrator, but much of the revenue is not required. I drink now artisanal raw almond milk a day. I absolutely LOVE her recipe for Easy Almond Cheese Spread! Everyone I give it to can not recover. His shakes are absolutely fabulous I loved the Mango Lassi and Purple Haze. Brigitte has opened a whole new way of eating and all the new foods that I probably never would otherwise have tried almonds (I never ate or drank ever coconut water! Yummy !) best of all, although I’ve only been eating about 75 materials for the last two weeks, I already notice an improvement in my health%. It’s so exciting to know that for the first time in your life, you really do what is right and natural to your body! I can not imagine returning to my old eating habits. If the revenue from Brigitte was not so good. . I may have given up all this raw food (as there are books other gourmet raw recipe out there that are so daunting for beginners!). I take this book everywhere with me. . . It is really wonderful and I recommend it to anyone who really genuine interest in being healthy. I can not wait to see my health continues to improve.

If you can get a book Raw Food – this is it! It includes germination graphics, drying time for dry foods, lists of all the vitamins and minerals to food related – and even an alkaline / acidity chart. The recipes are simple. If you want more gourmet-type commands, I suggest RAW Juliano. But this book is a must for every kitchen Raw – Raw the book as accessible food I’ve come across, and thank you Brigitte Mars including research on foods not cooked – good research – there are many towers legerdemain, magic Thinking Out there in the world of raw foods, and is a breath of fresh air because he is smart and simple.

I found and bought this book a few months after reading Kevin Trudeau’s Natural Cures book has finally allowed me to be ever cured of Crohn’s disease which I had been tricked into believing was incurable by the medical community, so I highly recommend the Natural Cures book to everyone fooled into thinking their incurable disease (index: 100% of chronic diseases are the direct result of poor food choices, and the only remedy is to switch to a healthy diet This is proven to cure all chronic diseases, including cancer).

To mount Rawsome! I bought this expecting to find recipes for soups cold salads, and not much more. To my amazement, there are recipes for pizza, lasagna, samosas, the “meat” balls, imitation cheese, pancakes, fried. More to my surprise, is that most of these WAY better taste than their “real” equivalent, and they are very filling. For example, chips are awesome and crunchy, like chips real tastes better, but I can only eat a little at a time because they are so nutritious.

; The secret of making these foods raw, but with the taste and texture of cooked food is dehydration, rather than cooking at 350 F for 30 minutes, for example, it is dried at 110 F for 12-24 hours, This preserves the vitamins, enzymes and other parts of the food nutrition. Of course, it may seem long, but the result is very tasteful, prevention of foodborne illness.

I can easily see myself eating especially if they are not only recipes from this book now. They taste awesome, a little expensive, and very healthy. After giving myself Crohn’s disease at the age of 17 years with a terrible diet loaded with toxic milk products and sugar poisons (2 very destructive to the human body), I now understand the importance of healthy eating and recipe book that allows me to eat healthy food taste delicious on the cheap.

One thing you will notice is that many of these recipes can take 24 to 48 hours to make, it takes very little of your time though. For example, the pancakes, he must soak nuts in water for 12 hours, then dehydrate them even 12 hours, then mix all ingredients, then make pancakes on dehydrator sheets and dehydrate 12 hours , turn around, still dehydrated 12 hours. That’s 48 hours to make pancakes! But if you do one recipe per day, you’ll always have a constant supply of many recipes, as recipe makes a little. Thus, you can make pancakes every Monday, chips, Tuesdays, Wednesdays samosas, etc and I always have a bit of everything available, so I do not see this as a problem at all, quite the contrary, since revenue to take so little of your time, you will save time compared to normal cooking. You also will not baked on foods that are difficult to wash. Do not expect recipes, you can start a few hours before guests arrive, because they go for days after your guests leave, but many recipes can be done in minutes, too, so there is still plenty of choice for quick meals such as pulp materials that can be made form start to finish including cleaning in less than 5-7 minutes, because only with a mixture of shredded vegetables.

course, expect you to buy a dehydrator as it is required for many recipes. Fortunately, my counter top oven Convetion has a dehydrating mode, but it is “hard coded” 150 F, which is too hot and cooked foods just finally, I’ll buy the dehydrator Excalibur, the author recommends making perfect dehydrated meals as I know I’m dehydrating almost every day from now (and since I had the book).

If you want to not only have a life disease free, but saving money on groceries (the author claims a reduction of 50-80% of feed costs following a raw vegan diet, in fact, I found myself out of groceries with many more bags and a much lower total on the receipt, and if you buy organic, which I recommend, why eat healthy foods loaded with chemicals that cause cancer), I highly recommend this book. It will also help save the environment you do not buy many packaged / boxed foods.
