I appreciate the video and just wanted to contribute some knowledge regarding what was said at the end of the video regarding the use of hydrogen peroxide (H-O-O-H) for sterilization purposes. Keep in mind that HOOH will dissociate into 2 *OH free radicals which is obviously NOT good for your body. So, if you do decide to use HOOH make absolutely sure you then rinse your food with plenty of water afterwards to wash away the residual HOOH left over on your food. Much love all.</description>
