I love good prepared raw food but could never go full time with that. It’s hard enough some places traveling vegan and going out to eat. Being raw just sends that challenge over the top.

Her skin and hair are very pretty and youthful looking! It must be all those nutrients… I use to be a yo-yo dieter, and after permanently gaining 30lbs from my diet schemes, I am up for anything that can help me lose the weight healthfully! I’m at my heaviest at 170 Lbs. I am starting this diet tomorrow. Now, I’m off to the grocery store for some organic fruits and veggies! Wish me luck!

Many people percieve that they look older because of the passage of time.

They look older because they are sick, and the body has been neglected.

Time is not connected to aging, Time is simply and observation of movement.,

It is so hard with …
It is so hard with the American lifestyle of living (i.e. FAST living) to live a raw food diet. Easy is always going to rule and junk food is specifically made to addict yougn children well into adulthood.

Its so sad because it is estimated that 80% of people will be fat by 2024.

I do love how she looks and feels, I have been adding more fruits/veggies and I can see how it makes you feel better.

    This is reality. A …
This is reality. A reality that most Americans unfortuately cannot deal with. OK, maybe not most but too many.
A large portion of American youth grow up on a large percentage of junk Processed fast ‘food’ and way too many teenagers female and male have no idea why they feel fat and look fat and are fat and lazy.
America’s junk food industry is destructive to all Americans.
