    Great vid!
I eat humus with Abonett every morning. Abonett is like pressed grain thingy. It’s a bread supplement.
I’ve tried to eat 5 times a day, but I was full all the time. I love to be hungry. I feel the best when my stomach is empty.
I had to cut out sugar completely from my diet. It’s so hard, because the silliest things, like soup cubes have sugar in them. I was having withdrawal symptoms for a week.
You have a lot of stuff in your car. I don’t have a car.

    Apparently cold or …
Apparently cold or hot water shocks your system too much. It’s the same reasoning as to why you wouldn’t pour ice water or recently boiled water into a plant or into your pet’s bowl.

    “organic foods are …
“organic foods are actually the same as non organic or normal food” I think that food which can truly be classed as ‘Organic’ has been grown in your own garden because it has travelled as little as possible, it hasn’t had any chemicals added, and it hasn’t had any preservatives added. Now, Organic food found in supermarkets hasn’t had chemicals added, but it has travelled as far as the non organic so it’s not fresh, therefore it must have had preservatives added. Not very Organic. :-(

    Hey! I just wanted …
Hey! I just wanted to let you know that you can change. I’ve been into the whole pro-ana thing myself, and I promise you that it’s all a mess of lies. I’ve lost too much in my life to Ana. She doesn’t want you to know that life is meant to be enjoyed. I’m reminded of an Arab proverb that says, “He who has health has hope, and he who has hope has everything.” : ) Comment back!
