cutting out all junk
drinking 3 bottles of water a day
eating raw veggies and fruits
protein every night
every thursday i won’t eat food at all i’ll do a water detox
work out every morning – cardio
i wanna lose 50 lbs by august

The only thing I’m hesistant about is the fast on Thursdays. But if you just limit it to one day a week, shouldn’t be all that bad. Any more than that, and you will bring your metabolism to a screeching halt.
