Juice fast or raw food diet?

raw food weight loss

I shall be embarking upon a 10-15 day detox to kick start my weight loss regime (which will be a diet based on fruit and vegetables, lean protein and the odd bowl of muesli/porridge) and was wondering what was more effective – a juice fast or raw fooding? Thankyou.

I’m no "expert" on this subject…but from a common sense stand point,I would say go for the Raw Food(fruits and vegetables ofcourse),I think "eating" is better than JUST "juicing"…your body needs food/solids too,10-15 days is a long time to only be juicing…but again,I’m not an expert on this,so you may get better advice you want to take.

Just be careful:-)

A juice fast raw fooding leads to food poisoning . Don’t eat raw eggs that may lead into an illness. I really encourage you do drink a lot of vitamin C that’d VERY good in a healthy diet. So take it from some one who cares go with the juice fast and vitamins and protein
