Is it a good idea? Is it a good idea if you weight lift? Is it a good idea if you have only couple of kgs to lose and you want to lose them fast? And is it a good way to lose weight? Fat? Or is it just water? Anyone been on it?

Nope, absolutely not. Raw food contains more a higher probability of contaminants. A diet only works if the foods you are eating are good for you and you can get energy off of it. Just stick to the normal foods you know you should be eating. Make sure you subtract 500 calories if you are not exercising and don’t subtract if you are. If you cut too many calories your body will think it is starving and it will hold on to everything it can. That’s why people who go on these outrageous 1000 calorie starvation diets fail.

I have neighbors that do the raw food diet…EVERYTHING is RAW…eggs,meat uncooked…sorry i couldn’t do it. Perhaps if it was a non meat and egg raw diet it would be ok…basically just eat salads and fruits I guess. I have been doing the atkins and lost a lot of weight and FAST….but it isn’t for everyone either…good luck to you.
