http://www.rawrrr.com – After fafffing around for far too long I decided the only way to make myself seriously get into eating raw food again would be to bare my and flabby bits in a bikini on the web. So here I am – Day 1 of my bikini challenge in an effort to be more of a beach babe by June 2009!

    I think you look quite attractive for a woman with two kids. But, if you want to lose weight than go for it…more power to you. Good luck on your diet and hope you will get there.

    Here’s a couple. I add tons of stuff to these 2 basic recipes

    Basic Green Smoothie
    1/2lb spinach/kale/turnip greens/etc (I use frozen, as it’s easy)
    1-2 bananas
    1-oranges (or orange juice)
    1-2c. plain yogurt
    1-2 apples
    Water, milk or almond milk to top off

    Carrot & Cantelope
    1lb carrots
    1 apple
    1/2 cantelop
    Water to blend
    Strain when done (unless you have an actual carrot juicer)

    Hiya :) Thanks for the comment.. I am running but I would like to start walking in the evenings as well maybe, now the weather is getting nicer so yes, that’s a great idea, thank you!

    Any recipes you want to share, please pass on- I would love to see them as inspiration is always a good thing. (Don’t know how you drink green tea with any type of milk in it tho- yuck! – I like it black *smile*).

    Enjoy the juicing. I’m doing the same thing, 12 glasses a day and 6 cups green tea w/ milk (almond of course!) Lemme know if you’d like some recipes that are just amazing.

    My one bit of advice is to take day trips where you park your car and walk, walk, walk, rain or clouds or overcast. (Portland’s a lot like GB that way)

    Hey drink wheatgrass it makes the spots go away .I had a huge Sebboria ketosis on my boob after 4 months green smoothies and adding wheatgrass at 5 days a week for 2 weeks it scabed and flaked off .I had it for 40 plus years I am 50 and I got bit my a tick and the raised skin appeared years ago.Good Luck!

    Hi!! All the best for your raw food diet. I think sharing on the web is a great motivation. I have completed 6 days of my raw food diet today and have lost 4.2 kgs that would be about 8.5 lbs i guess. Today I was tempted to eat junk food, thank GOD i could resist it. I wish u all the best and I suggest that be in touch with people on the web more often than just once a week, sharing helps to keep u going……….all the best…Sandeep (From India)

I have had cereal for breakfast and drinking a green tea ( not brave enough to front my arse on cam yet though LOL) Your bloody marvellous!! I danced around to my Davina DVD does that count??
