That&#039;s what Im doing now, I really began to see diiffrence after : I drink 2 liters water a day and eat more carefull (No fastfood)

Also would eating oatmeal or rice be alright? I eat lots of peanut butter and i do like almond butter but i can&#039;t really find it anywhere so what do you think?</description>
