maybe, it won’t stay off though. it’s better to lose it slowly, couple lbs a week at the most.

Eating raw foods WILL make you lose a ton of weight, but not in that quick of time. I went raw vegan for a month and a half and lost about 20 pounds, but as soon as I started eating dairy products again the weight pretty much just got put back on. If you’re planning to lose weight, try a healthy balance of diet and exercise.
