Many amino acids … Many amino acids are not available from greens. It’s true that greens, tofu, brown rice, beans, etc. are excellent sources. Many people can survive just fine without meat. However, there are people who are unable to process the amino acids in such plant-products as efficiently as meat. It doesn’t take a lot, but SOME meat is essential to some people.
The Japanese eat a whole lot of pork. Fish is consumed more by those living on the coasts, but they eat more pork than anything else.
“Countries with … “Countries with little to no meat consumption are much healthier, have lower obesity rates, and live much longer lives.”
Which countries, and what are the statistics to back this ertion up? The Japanese live longer than Americans – but not THAT much longer, and they do eat a lot of seafood.
Where else? Certainly not China, with high rates of TB, smoking, environmental polution and bad water.
thats actually not … thats actually not true. People don’t go to the hospital for protein deficiency. most people get too much protein. Fruits and vegetables can provide you all of the protein you need. Do a little research you will be surprised. Countries with little to no meat consumption are much healthier, have lower obesity rates, and live much longer livers. Thats not a coincidence.

You don’t get …
You don’t get protein from protein. Your body creates protein from amino acids. The best source of amino acids is leafy greens.
Do your own research. The information is everywhere if you look for it.
