		<description>I have tried it and you can expect to lose weight but I must say that it is some what hard to transition into. The improvements are nice to see, my skin looks the best its really ever looked and it&#039;s much easier to maintain my weight loss. One other item you may want to incorporate into your diet is aloe vera juice  to help keep the weight off.

		<description>I am tryign to eat raw like one day out of the week. Imy wieght has been stable, but I am new to the raw thing. - one day a week! 

For bags, I noticed that my iron levels were a bit low, so I eat loads of foods with high iron, eggplant is my fav. grilled eggplant is very filling. in sandwiches. 

Also, a good 8 to 9 hours of proper sleep every night is always good to let your skin rejuvnet (sp?)&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
