		<description>Years ago when I became a vegan I lost 20lbs in 2 months. Eating only raw food is very limiting and you could wind up  going on a binge. Why don&#039;t you try becoming a vegetarian first, then go on to being a vegan. Make sure you are getting the right amount of vitamins and minerals. Eating just raw food is very difficult.
