i agree. it’s great to hear raw foodies talking about gardening. i started one this spring – first time in at least 15 years and i am really enjoying the stewardship of the plants. hopefully i’ll enjoy some great veggies as well before long. if you don’t have room for a garden, get going with sprouts. they’re quick, easy, and nutritious. check out kevin’s video on the tree of life’s sprouting practices from 2 or 3 weeks ago. good stuff.

    2. no chemicals added
    3. colorful

    My criteria:
    1. the food is still in its original form (ie the way it is found in nature)
    2. Without pesticides
    3. preferably not juiced or fractured or extracted

That’s my criteria (doesn’t mean it HAS to be like that all the time for me to take it though)

So glad to hear some one ‘wording’ and ‘voicing’ this!!! My stand is: lucuma, mesquite, nutbutters … if you like it fine have it but its DEFINATLY not raw food and in my book, boiled grains for example are much healthier than these ‘powders!!! … These foods are not health enhancing but not poisonous. So my stace is you don’t need to be paying for $40 for Lucuma or raw cacao when you can get organic cocoa (e.g ‘Green and blacks’ brand) for much cheaper and it is healthier!!!

I never thought about my own criteria…
    Maybe:
    - it’s not heated
    - has enzymes
    - fresh fruit and fresh vegetables are the best criteria :)
I live in europe-slovenia and to be rawist or even vegan in so young country where getting information and products from all over the world, even europe, with such a delay is hard. So I kind of envy you guys :)
