Does anybody know of any places where I can get farm fresh foods and raw veges?

I’ve recently found out that my dad has cancer. We are going to totally change our diet now and are looking for a supplier of farm fresh foods and raw veges. I live in Memphis, Tn in the Barlett area. If anyone knows of any places in my area please give me a link, email, phone number, etc. Any help whatsoever would help tremedously! Thx a ton!

Mabye a good farmer market or whole food(but whole foods in costly) but good
