To give you a better idea, I buy… MONTHLY: Dried Fruits (dates, pineapple, mango, papaya, apple, strawberries) Raw Nuts (pecan, cashew, almonds, walnuts) Grains (couscous, quinoa, rice) Legumes (whatever beans I feel like) larabars Fruit Leathers, etc. BI-MONTHLY: Fresh Almond Butter Vegan Cookies Ak-Mak Crackers Fresh Hummus Raw Ginger Lemons Starchy Veggies (squash, potatoes) Dark Chocolate WEEKLY: Romaine Lettuce Red Leaf Lettuce Spinach Tomatoes Cucumbers Broccoli Sweet Bell Peppers Mushrooms Zucchini Beets Carrots Kale Apples Oranges Peaches Plums Strawberries Cherries Grapes Watermelon Cantaloupe Raspberries Blueberries Blackberries Bananas Pears Whatever else is in season and sounds good (fennel?!) This is pretty awesome that you are eating healthy. Though this is a vegan diet, not a raw diet. The cookies and things like that are not Raw food. But, again its awesome you are eating well.

What to do wiht fennel?
Here is a lovely raw salad.
>Chop up the fennel super thin
>Chop, slice up a red or white onion (small to medium)
>Place in salad bowl
> Squeeze a lime over it (the juice)
> Salt and pepper to taste
> add your fave salad oil
> mix and let sit a few minutes
…. maybe while preparing a drink
then enjoy

okay weird questions. How do you deal with flatulance after eating all those fruits? I’m trying your style of food choices and got a mini watermelon just like that and had 1/4 of it for lunch and I just could not stop. Just wonder if you have this side effect
