How good or bad for you is an all-raw foods diet?

raw foods

Please explain, if you can.
And is it truly possible to stay healthy and well-balanced withb just nuts and tofu as protein? (These are the only "raw" proteins I can think of right now, since cheese is processed.)

It’s called macrobiotics, and it’s a diet that uses only live foods. So, no cooking, and eating sprouted grains, and other living foods. Variety is the best diet, so if you don’t live in a region where you have ample choices for living foods, I wouldn’t suggest it. But places like L.A. would be likely to have whole macrobiotic stores.

Nothing wrong with raw – keeps all nutrients.
    BUT, you must have protein!
