Eating raw meat isn't going to give you diseases or a hospital bill if you do it properly. For example, don't go and get a thick steak out of the fridge and slap it on your plate ready to eat...

Carpaccio is the term used to very thinly sliced meat (and season) and serve chilled to eat. This can be done with beef, vension, salmon and tuna. I personally wouldn't eat it all the time but as long as you do it safely (like eat it chilled) you should be fine.

Basically, any type of vegetable can be eaten raw.. its just depends on what your tastebuds can handle!

Just remember that when it comes to poultry, it is essential it is cooked and cooked through properly! Eating raw chicken will lead to sickness for sure!

Also, just remember that it is not the cooking of your meats and veggies that is unhealthy, its what you cook them IN and your portion size. Grilling, boiling or steaming doesn't add any extra fat to what you are cooking but it sure can make it a lot tastier!

Goodluck with your diet!
References :
Well, i would atleast sear it quickly to make sure i don't get a tapeworm or anything. Just flash freeze it below like 15 degrees celcius. Raw meat contains a bit more protein and nutrient, but other than that your almost asking for a hospital bill.
