    Up or down looks …
Up or down looks both okay, but down and a little shorter might even be better. A choppy bop with a side swept bang. BTW, I thought only animal products contain cholesterol? Sesame seeds are also a great source of calcium.

    Seriously, Matt, …
Seriously, Matt, you need to turn down the theme song already… the volume level difference between the flip phone recording and the theme music has been pushing my speakers to the limit for over a year now since I started watching.

Other than that, everything is naturally excellent in the Raw Food World. I like how you two understand the documentary style and how real life drama needs to be raw and sometimes contain the ridiculous or embarrassing with the good info and beautiful people.

She is doing great! I would back off of the soy for sure. There is so many studies that show how toxic un-fermented soy is. Blessings, Mom. You’re an inspiration.
