   nah i was just giving matt a hard time. fletcherizing is when you chew your food repeatedly until its a liquid in your mouth and you let it slide down your throat. he talks about the importance of this in his book raw success. it unlocks the nutrients and makes for better digestion.

    Joseph has a wonderful song on his “Gone are the Days” album called , “Be Together.” From listening to and loving that song (which has to be a love song to his wife) I was really curious to see what she looked like. Well, she’s as beautiful and radiant as I imagined from his song!

    matt and angela you havent responded to a lot of peoples concerns about the deer antler product from a few episodes ago with daniel.
    maybe you could do a video addressing the corcerns people have with the link between IGF-1 and abnormal tissue growth ie cancer. Lots of people mention this in the posts when you did this video but so far you haven’t commented.
