I knew there was something wrong with that white stevia!! LOL And I know what you mean about trying to find watermelons with seeds! People think I’m crazy when I pass on ‘seedless’ watermelons…hahaha

Love this video, thanks so much! I am leaning towards a vegetarian diet and I don’t do soy protien. I love these ideas because in the summer we are all on the go.

And yeah, what is up with the seedless watermelons? I had a SEEDED watermelon the other day and it tasted sooooo much better. Nature does it best! :)

  8. SecretsOfLongevity — February 28, 2010 @ 8:49 am

Yes for fermented foods, just not those from animals (fermented animal fat = carcinogen).

  13. Jenny1954 — February 28, 2010 @ 12:13 pm

I think when you park an RV at an RV camp site and plug the RV in to get “Juiced up” you have to pay a fee.

  14. Jenny1954 — February 28, 2010 @ 12:44 pm

Oh, thats a shame. How did he find out he had a problem with sugar eating microorganisms?

As opposed to straight saurkraut, make home made kimchi, or the Americanized version I make, mixing cabbage of any kind with vegetables and greens of almost any kind. The cabbage leaf microorganisms will make all of it ferment and last a long time. You don’t even have to add fermented fish and shrimp guts if you make it yourself. So mine is vegetarian. Add carrots, peppers, ginger, cilantro, broccoli, cucumber, or whatever is cheap. Cheapest preservable health food, but labor intensive.

  21. rosehipsforu — February 28, 2010 @ 3:38 pm

organic stevia…I dont seem to like it as much as the liquid. I cant drop a dop in my tea it just seems hard to work with. But I have a jar of it in my cabinet. how do I use this stuff? the will is strong but the taste buds are fighting it.

  22. DARTAGNANS170 — February 28, 2010 @ 4:24 pm

Kevin was fighting micro organisms that feed off sugar. If he started to eat high sugar, the micro organisms would flare up.

  23. simonepaigewebber — February 28, 2010 @ 4:39 pm
