Penni Shelton has created this wonderful book, in part, through the experience of real people in real life because of your program. I have to say, I think that just makes it an excellent resource for information on raw food. . . because we are all looking for concrete results. Penni writing style is also warm and encouraging. . . it’s a wonderful and inspiring writer.

This book is organized around 3, 7, 14 and 28 days clean. But in this case, a “clean” is neither hard nor strict raw food recipes so. The recipes are easy to follow and the food is visually stunning and delicious.

I liked the real life stories of people who have already made this program. Authentic and open in telling about the changes that have occurred in their health and their lives after following this way of eating and living.

I recommend this book to anyone interested in a real and uncomplicated introduction to the amazing health benefits lifestyle raw food can help create.

I thought this book was very informative and got to the main theme instead of the first 100 pages that are about history. There were plenty of practical recipes and I’ve certainly gotten a lot of use of this book! I even let my vegan friends have a look at this! I love this book and keep it in my bag!
