    omg.. so I favorited this video awhile ago and finally made it. THIS IS GREAT. I made the fettuccini version because I don’t have the spiral slicer. Also heated the sauce up like she suggested. I don’t think I’ll be making regular pasta again. This completely hit the spot and wish so few calories… :o ) Enjoy!

    It took 10 minutes to make this! That’s a quick meal. I’ve ordered the DVD and Book online. Now I have to go order the spiral slicer!

    Just made it (I have the book) and it’s delicious! Stuck it in the dehydrator to take the chill out of it. Yummy.

    Spoke to a raw food chef that charges $250 for three hours of instruction, plus food. I’m buying this DVD instead. :-)
