These are not full-size bars. Instead, it is a small bite size pieces of their favorite flavors of raw, for a mid-afternoon snack, or to prevent hunger between meals. The dense chocolate flavor mimics something to feel guilty again, but luckily at 100 calories each, its a healthy snack. The low GI of these bars are ideal to lose weight and fight hunger, and no refined sugars, no hydrogenation, and are vegan and raw materials. You can not ask for a better snack! I wish I had a hard time with full size bars for portion control, but these work perfectly. As for taste, check the revisions of the total raw bar, everyone has their favorites and are not for everyone, especially those used for granola bars crunchy.

I could have been making the decision to buy too late at night. I just bought a variety pack of regular size bars raw Revolution, which I purchased as individual flavors Amazon on several occasions. When the order arrived today, I was very disappointed that I had done my homework better. Basically, you are buying a package with a bit of a bite size of the food bar in it. If you are the least bit hungry, this product is not for you. The net effect of this purchase is that I have 24 packages of “bars” that weigh less than an ounce each. Therefore, every time I want the equivalent of a bar RR normal size, I have to eat three of these small sample sizes. It may be good for Halloween or a piñata party, but that’s all.
