This is a very tasty treat. 250 cal. , 13g fat (2g saturated), no cholesterol, 29 g carbohydrate (19 g sugar, 4 g fiber), 6g protein. It has 16% of the daily value of iron. It also has a flavor of chocolate and real raspberry flavor. It looks a bit like a brownie.

The Raw Bar Raspberry Revolution “and Chocolate” is excellent! This bar has the intense sweet flavor of raspberry chocolate combined with a deep, full-bodied, like a dark chocolate. I recommend the “bar of chocolate and raspberry ‘Raw Revolution!

You never feel abandoned in the food court – only carry one of these and they will always know they have something very good and very safe to eat! All Raw Revolution food bars are great but this is the best in my humble opinion.

The taste is bars that are easy to eat relatively healthy. That said, beware! Actually my chipped tooth on a piece of heaven of some sort. I bought a case, and so far two of the eight pubs I have eaten large fragments, bone, hard as a rock.

It has a layer of oil on it. Good flavor. Slightly thick consistency. I asked the question whether it was really raw. It seemed more manufactured or processed to other raw foods that I had.
