Yes, body detoxification involves living a healthy lifestyle and following a nutritious eating plan. To help you out, here are some of the popular types of diet that can help you in freeing your body from toxins.

Diuretic Diet

The first body detox diet is the Diuretic Diet. The aim of this diet is to help the body excrete fluids mainly through the urinary system. It can also reduce a certain amount of body fats. Just like the previous diet, you have to drink a special concoction, which is a mixture of cayenne pepper, maple syrup, and lemon juice in a glass of water. You might be wondering what the sweet maple syrup is doing in the mixture, but don’t worry, it is proven to control toxins that were stored in the body as fats, thus transforming them into energy that can be used later on.

Mono Fruit Detox Diet

A body detox diet that thrives on eating only a single type of fruit is the Mono Fruit Detox Diet. This is done in order to stabilize the pH level of the body and maintain body sugars at healthy levels. The water from the fruit also flushes out the toxins and helps in cleansing the body cells. This diet is good for as long as you like.

Raw Food Detox Diet

Finally, the raw food detox Diet keeps the metabolism in good working condition and strengthens the immune system thanks to the intact vitamins and minerals of raw foods. Such nutrients are lost when food is cooked, and with this diet, the potassium-sodium ratio is put on a good level.
