Can You Cook Food on a Raw Food Diet?

Since switching to a diet of raw foods, I was invited by friends and family if you can cook food on a diet of raw foods. What they mean is of course not you let you all food is cooked or whatever you eat it raw. Cycle continues for dinner could be a nightmare to explain what I can and can not eat. It will soon become ‘Mr. Weird Foodie “without friends.

While some people eat raw food as completely Foodista first, I’ll eat cooked food. In fact, I still enjoy cooked food, although I do not limit this type of food for reasons that I explain below.

Behind this question is an important point about cooking temperatures and enzymes that I’ll try to explain. Raw food, cooking, start to change and ventilation. When they break down enzymes change their structure and make it much harder for you to digest food. Your digestive organs must work harder to overcome the lack of enzymes in cooked foods. Finally, your organs are getting tired with all the work to try to offset the change in the structure of food.

The cooking temperature change everything that happens to food is 118 degrees Fahrenheit. The only way around this change in the structure of food is the food quickly blanch or steam. It requires a good thermometer and some skill to cook food and keep it below that temperature.

Once enzymes are exposed to heat, they are no longer able to provide the function for which they were designed. Cooked foods contribute to chronic illness, because their enzyme content is damaged and thus requires that we make our own enzymes to process food. The digestion of cooked food uses valuable metabolic enzymes to help digest food. The digestion of cooked food demands much more energy than the digestion of raw foods. In general, raw food is much easier to digest, it passes through the digestive tract in 1 / 2-1 / 3 of the time it takes for cooked food.

Enzyme Eating dead foods places a burden on your pancreas and other organs and overworked them, which consumes one day these organs. Many people gradually impair their pancreas and progressively lose the ability to digest their food after a lifetime of ingesting processed foods.

If you lived on processed foods for most of your life then you should look to change your diet to more raw foods. If you had to go back to cooked and processed foods in May when you see it has a greater adverse effect on your digestive system.

For people who consume a large quantity of their food there will not be too much damage caused by cooking and just tucking your food. One can hardly expect your host to dinner in bed, running around to check food temperature. So you can eat food cooked on a raw food but just do not do too much.
