Today we had our friend Elena and Vladimir over. Elena is a Reiki master especially Reike Do Satori. She has done incredible work on Angela in the past and today we have her do Reiki with our horse Sparkie. Enjoy……

Sometimes in comes in this form: “How do I gain weight on the raw food diet?”
Other times it’s: “Help, I’m loosing weight too fast and I need help!”
Not that bad of an issue to have, but for some this means loosing muscle mass as well (I know, it happened to me).
