Although it is difficult for some of you to transform your diet completely, you do not need to go 100% raw. You can incorporate natural alternatives to the foods you eat (like peanut butter and organic raw unscheduled peter pan). You can also buy all organic, stay away from cow milk, incorporate plenty of fruits and vegetables and drink only water and you have radically changed your life already!

switch to 100% raw foods right away may be difficult for some people because of their personal preferences. Also, by switching to raw foods, the body begins to detox its own within a few days. NEWS Renegade Water Secrets with Nomi Shannon, raw food chef and author of The Raw Gourmet and a new book, Raw Food Celebrations.

Kevin NEWS: We could talk for hours. I wanted to talk more about “Taste of thought” and your new book and what someone can find in there, because it is a great book. It’s great for people who want to party, who want to do themes and all those sorts of things. And I think that is really missing in the palace of cookbooks raw foods that are no longer there. This is a kind of need. It fits a niche so pretty nice. So why do not you talk about that a little.

Nomi NEWS: All right, thank you. Well, you know, I think the ‘first celebrations Food is the first book specifically for the festival. And what we did, Sheryl and I have broken, so if we wanted a theme did not you get a recipe from here or there, it is decomposed into I do not know how many themes, seven or eight – Italian, Thai… she does because she Thailand and her husband have been many times to Thailand and the food is incredible. So it’s a fun book for that, and it is a book for someone starting out, but they do not want to be a concept of energy soup, or for someone who has been making food for a time and I would make a nice family meal or entertain their friends. It is quite structured so that you do not have to be thought to enjoy the food.

Kevin NEWS: That’s great.

Nomi NEWS: and “The Raw Gourmet” is your base, it is the best first book to have, or one of first books, and if you really, literally read from beginning to end, you’ll know everything you need to know to have a raw food kitchen. I do not understand things like, you know, this is a book of food, I do not get deep into things like healing and cleansing and all that because it is a food product. But that’s all you need to know about cooking raw foods. We’re going to actually reproduce, and someone asked a question about Bragg I used in the book. Well, I do use Braggs in the book because I did not know it was a bad product when I ‘ I wrote the book. I would say for now Braggs Nama Shoyu, a soy sauce allegedly first, or maybe a little salt, sea salt or something like that.

And I am thinking maybe these people to my editor can change all the Braggs in the book Nama Shoyu, but it is a great company, then maybe it will not happen.

Kevin NEWS: Yeah. And where can someone go for this book?

So you’re tired of conventional unhealthy food you have eaten on Christmas Day or Thanksgiving Day every year? You want to be able to celebrate in style, but you want a different approach in the department of food – a healthier approach. You’ve decided to have a Raw Food Christmas party for a change, but are not quite sure what you can do? Perhaps you are a first or Foodista like the idea of eating fresh food and healthy for a change. You want to give up cooked foods too indigestible makes you feel tired and lethargic afterwards and reach for alcohol to digest it (well, is a strong corrosive acid!) ; The only thing on raw foods today is that it should not be just lettuce and fruit. Diabetes is a disease that effects millions of people in the United States alone. A simplified definition of diabetes is when your body does not produce enough insulin to properly use the right kind of sugar in your blood. This can have devastating effects on the body, as the cells do not get all the fuel they need for energy and growth. There is no doubt that it is widespread. Unfortunately, there are many people who have a form of diabetes, but have not yet been diagnosed.

Although all the causes of diabetes are not fully understood, eating raw food helps to reduce certain risk factors currently known. Therefore, it is logical to choose a diet of raw foods if you have been diagnosed or not.

Meeting the food needs of diabetics

Diabetics still require the same levels of nutrition as everyone else, maybe even more. Nutrition is one of the most important to control diabetes properly. As you see, following a menu of raw foods be part of diabetes nutrition recommendations. Here are some basic tips on eating right.

When you create your own list of raw food diet you need awould to balance everything. Especially food that you intake. You can not take raw meat every day or even vegetables 3 times a day. The balance is important with a plan.

It is for us to make our diet more effective and to succeed on the diet plans that we put in place. It is a way to prepare ourselves to have a goal of a perfect diet, now it is already in place for us on how we own our discipline and be consistent with what we should do.
