There are so many diets nowadays that people are getting into. A lot of these diets focus on weight loss, but are you aware that there are diets out there that are tailor-fit for a full body detox? Yes, body detoxification involves living a healthy lifestyle and following a nutritious eating plan. To help you out, here are some of the popular types of diet that can help you in freeing your body from toxins.

Diuretic Diet

The first body detox diet is the Diuretic Diet. The aim of this diet is to help the body excrete fluids mainly through the urinary system. It can also reduce a certain amount of body fats. Food choices in this detox diet are melon, parsley, artichoke, celery, watercress, asparagus, dandelion, and juniper berries. Raw Food: Natural Alternatives

Although it is difficult for some of you to transform your diet completely, you do not need to go 100% raw. You can incorporate natural alternatives to the foods you eat (like peanut butter and organic raw unscheduled peter pan). You can also buy all organic, stay away from cow milk, incorporate plenty of fruits and vegetables and drink only water and you have radically changed your life already!

switch to 100% raw foods right away may be difficult for some people because of their personal preferences. Also, by switching to raw foods, the body begins to detox its own within a few days. Change more gradually and to be wise so that the body will not have to go through detox so difficult at first.
